They can do this as long as they want. No chance of pregnancy thanks to condoms and there is no way for anyone to find out about it. Tinder and other apps make it possible to meet men anonymously.
Lower your expactations, "date down"!
This doesn't work either. See, many of us are terribly ugly. Why can't we date another terribly ugly girl? Well, they can improve their height with heels, they can dye their hair, and they can apply make up, often resulting in them looking like a totally different person. A man cannot wear heels. A man cannot wear make up or a wig. It is not socially accepted.
Date a foreign woman, bring her into your country if you must!
This is risky, she could be a fraud, get her visa and than divorce me.
