we just exchanged #s or snapchat (if it was a girl from tinder or whatever)

I usually say that i really like my privacy and that i don't want to end up wasting time on such toxic platforms such as facebook, instagram or twitter. I'm more of a Reddit/Quora/DevRant guy, i don't generally contribute though, since every post could be linked directly to me and used against me.

One girl said I was creepy for not having social media. Another girl just basically said, "Oh okay. Ummm...." then quietly walked away. We never spoke after that.
Some older females "get" not having social media but nobody wants an old hag. For any young girl no social media is a death sentence. They like to stalk all your old posts and see who your friends are and how you looked before and they want to find out as much information as they can before they actually start really conversing with you. It is hell but that is the way it is in today's world.
