For those of you that served in the military what’s it like ?

I’m considering joining the military to get some direction in life cause right now I’m an aimless NEET and that’s causing me a boat load of stress right now and I need some sort of path something that’s gonna ascend me outta this pit of hopeless and despair

If you've ever been to some kind of 'camp' as a child or teen, it's like that but forever.

Boy scouts probably best example, but I doubt anyone under 20 knows what boy scouts are.
