I usually masturbate once per day, at night, and I usually go to sleep immediately after, its usually the last thing I do before I go to sleep (it is a natural sleep aid)

I'm not going to enter a debate on whether Masturbation followed by ejaculation makes you lathargic, however from quitting pornography/masturbating for good. I've been feeling less tired. I still feel tired of living, but I'm more energetic in the morning and I naturally get up now after 7-8 hours of sleep w/o an alarm.
