I started taking cold showers and I feel a lot calmer and I seem to have more energy to do things. I know this is some very bro-sciencey "j-just take cold showers bro!!!" but for me they work in giving me the noradrenaline that my body was lacking.

Also tyrosine especially with vitamin C aids in creating noradrenaline and dopamine. Works very nicely

I do this also, it helps "shock" me awake in the mornings if that makes sense.
 
I did cold showers for 2 years, now I just start and finish them cold instead.
 
I would also suggest improving your diet and checking your vitamin levels for fatiguecels. B12, D, iron/ferritin, thyroid hormones, the lack of any of those alone can fuck you up big time.
