The only thing close to WW3 I see in the future is in the middle east with Israel and in East Asia with China, Taiwan, and Japan.

When America becomes much weaker than it is today because of demographics and massive social decline, the middle eastern countries will become emboldened to finally finish off Israel for good. Israel will have no option but to use nukes to defend itself.

China will attack Taiwan if Taiwan stubbornly refuses to back down, even when seeing how weak America is. Japan will re-arm itself when it sees how weak America is. It is already re-arming actually. Because of history, China would never allow Japan to have nukes. But if Japan gets its way having nukes, China would seriously consider nuking Japanese military targets but would likely end up nuking Japanese cities once Japan mistakenly nukes a Chinese city instead of Chinese military targets.
