I have Goldenhar syndrome. The left side of the photo emulates my mouth almost perfectly. I'm lucky my eyes developed better, albeit I still suffer from asymmetry. I know life isn't great when you aren't Chad but I would do anything just to be a normal ugly male like most people on this forum are.
