I am white so I can't really relate but if Î was black I'd be more infuriated to the insult about my face since "nigga" is everyone of my race but ugly/disgusting is directed towards my persona.
Can Somalis be niggers? I cannot relate to western slave descended blacks.

Tbf, this isn't a good place to ask. Arabs literally call themselves sand niggers, white calls themselves cum, indians call themselves curries, and jews call themselves kikes. I doubt blacks are any different.
