Ice Age Farmer from YouTube has been talking about food shortages for a while.

China has purchased a lot of the US supply of soy beans and now producers are drawing down on Brazils supply. In the US there is a corn shortage - corn like soy beans is primarily used as animal feed. Many US beef producers are not set up to feed their cattle on grass because they are kept in those horrific factory farms. I count myself lucky I live in a rural county of England. My beef is grass fed and I have been to the farm it comes from. I have my own chickens. I have my vegetable garden. I'm going to plant extra late potatoes and carrots this year.
