I tried the banana sprite method , it worked for 2 days but the retards extended the trip to 5 more days and now I have to get sick for real

I want to give myself food poisoning , so is there any like foods or something can become toxic and give me poisoning ?

I dont eat meat , but do eat eggs and dairy
