Food is so expensive these days. I will just eat cabbage and chicken hearts

I've been eating heart (beef or chicken) for years now and I must say now I like it more than filet

Yep true. You can spice it up if you wish, or make a stew add veggies or just fry it with onions and if you feeling fancy with tomatoe.

Chinese historian youtuber posted a video about why chinese takeaways are so cheap turns out chink work for free for visa

Maybe try those, but beware that chink food can be very dangerous, I almost died trying their soup

use your brains dude. Everything you eat is also bland, its just made tasty with additives like sugar, vinegar, salt, spices.

Like duh just spice up your food, or use vinegar or use butter and fat or fucking salt.

Use your brains

Eat rice and vegetables. I could get by spending $3/day in food eating that.

But I have effective unlimited EBT so I can buy whatever.

Lucky you having unlimited EBT. I wish I had unlimited money like that

Buy whole chickens when they're on sale.

Cut it up yourself, it wil save you a lot of money. Chicken is probably half price when you do this. It's $10-12 per chicken here in Canada usually, and that's enough for 5 meals, plus you can make chicken broth from the carcass.

Also buy the huge bags of rice from Thailand. It's like $15-20 for 10lbs of rice. Chicken, rice, and some veggies make for a good meal, there's lots of ways you can cook it.
