People already know what hormones do and in great detail. Not only are Hormones responsible for your behavior, they are also responsible for your desire for sex. Testosterone being the primary factor.

Females being able to have sex all day means literally nothing. The Vagina itself has very few nerve endings which is why they orgasm a whole lot less than men on average. Reason why men can't have sex all day is because the body releases prolactin after you orgasm and kills your sex drive.
