Women think their standards aren’t obtainable. Which really isn’t true - there is no example of modern fitness from women in movies that they can’t get to with regular work outs and diet (and not eating like a bull hippo). They don't need abs or defined muscle mass, just not be fat. I mean, Daisy Ridley did martial arts and yoga + dieting for Star Wars. She did no weights and wasn't required to have a 6 pack.

But if you want to look like someone such as Chris Pratt in guardians or Creed in the Creed movies you literally can’t. It takes a good frame, steroids, and starving / dehydrating self plus a certain pump plus lighting,

Go watch the old Sean Connery movies. Dude was a former body builder who used to compete. He looks like a schlub in those movies compared to actors today.

these “beauty standards” are really just a beautification arms race. They’re only gonna get more and more ridiculous and hard to keep up with. Eventually, all foids will need to get plastic surgery and implants just to keep up.. Same with male “beauty standards”. it starts off with guys lifting weights to get buff and gain an advantage over other guys, then pretty soon everyone’s lifting and it becomes mandatory to be gymcelled just to keep up (for satellite males only. Reproductive strategies are only required for subchads). Then once the playing field is leveled, men seek out other advantages. Surgeries, hair transplants, lifts, tattoos, etc.

Except foids are not the ones who want guys to be built like Crisp Rat or The Rock or guys like that. If you look at movies targeted at foid audiences, they never cast a jacked guy to be a romantic lead. The guy they cast in 50 Shades of Grey is about as muscular as you need to be to eliminate your body as a bottleneck for 99% of foids and this is achievable without roids or extreme diets.
