Just look at this foid. She gets excited over bread and oatly, not realizing it's malnutrition, slave famine food. She's the ultimate slave. At the end of the clip almost everything she bought was imported and processed. No raw animal products. She payed 1300SEK for all the shit in the end, it's only grains and processed junk. You could get like 23lbs of raw meat for that price, instead of cookies and the other shit she bought. I hope she gets infertile, she probably don't want kids anyway like most western foids.

I also see this when i go grocery shopping weekly. They only buy bread and processed junk, some imported fruit. And vegan "milk".

It's not about gaining or losing weight, it's what that type of food does to your brain. You will get a so called "grain brain" from eating that garbage. All kinds of diseases, IBS, Chrohns etc. You'll also become more irritated, it changes the brain and the digestion. That's one of the reasons why foids are so insufferable, because they eat alot of carbs and grains.

A foid at my former job once looked at me when i ate cooked meat, like i was some sort of alien. She'd probably never saw a big juicy steak before in her entire life. She was like 17 or something.
