Foids ignore me due to my beliefs and job status

I would like to start off by saying I work in local government, I am not a regionally part of the government I work for as it is in a different district that is unrelated to mine so I do not care about its politics, however I worry my views might reflect negatively on the foids working for this gov organization, I am an IT technician who has heavy neo Nazi beliefs, whilst I cannot obviously reject anyone due to it compromising my employment, I treat certain races with a distain I would not treat others, to the point where a particular foid I have been chasing has noticed, I believe fully in beliefs and am not sure what to do, I am a major racist and will not let my beliefs be squandered for some foid but I would love to get to know her better, looking for advice on how to proceed with this if or if I even should at all, tbh I doubt she even looks at me like that due to my position as "just another IT guy", I just want advice

IF you want to avoid workplace harrasment and bullying you should keep your beliefs a secret. Lots of people are looking for any and all excuses to speak ill and act badly to others without having sacrifce their repitation. Being racist will be a good enough excuse for thwm to hound you. When people have found out i was a muslim they used that as an excuse to treat me badly, because i'm "a male supremascist". Either way be carefull.
