I have a lot of experience with this. What you wrote is completely spot-on.

I'm a 29 year old virgin NEETcel, and every job (minimum wage work at stores or restaurants) I've tried to get (I left college in 2016 without graduating) has ended in bitter failure. The foid co-workers would always treat me terribly, for absolutely no reason, just because I was a guy, was new, and was in the same position as them. They clearly knew that they could get away with it, because if I did say anything the manager would take their side, because I was a guy and was new, and this did happen. They didn't want me there and succeeded in pushing me out by making my life miserable by being so hostile to me, or lying to the manager about me, who would completely believe them without going to me to confirm whether it was true or not, which happened on multiple occasions at different places over years.

I was naïve at the time, and at this point have just accepted the fact that generally females are not good people. It's biologically rooted/motivated. They are obviously unhappy at being poor enough to have to do jobs like this at all: every foid wishes that a rich Chad would sweep her off her feet and completely provide a lavish wealthy luxurious lifestyle for them for the rest of her life. Foids born into poverty but who win the genetic lottery can immediately get this if they are attractive enough and happen to meet a rich Chad.

Even middle-class average/above average looking foids are miserable because they aren't a 10/10 Stacy living with a billionaire Chad, so imagine how much moreso 5s and 4s that are minimum wageslaves, stocking shelves and waiting tables. They take one look at me and hate me and their only thought is pushing me out of the store because at least in their mind this increases their own chances of social survival. Their entire existence is simply about minimizing how much work/effort they have to do in general, while maximizing the potential to get the best guy they can get. They think it's clever and cool to insult and bully people. They anticipate doing so with pleasure, enjoy doing it, then remininsce about it fondly. They are proud of this behaviour and want to be observed doing it.

They know that in current year they are privileged over males and have the culture and law behind them, plus white knights, and can insult, mock etc. males all day, every day with no or almost no comeback.

Therefore they do so. If you acknowledge their behaviour (much less strike back) they DARVO, and society in general takes their side.
