Discussion Foids fate in Marxism-Rodgerism

In Marxism-Rodgersim foids will be only used for breeding, since it's their only purpose. They will be held in government found breeding facilities and redistributed among the proletariat at the certain age. However, they will spend their entire lives in these facilities not even knowing anything about the world outside. Should they be teached basic knowledge, similar how according to Generalplan Ost slave-laborers would be (basics of language, counting to 100 etc)? Or should they be treated like mindless parasites they are and left in their animalistic state?

I don't really see the necessity of teaching them to read and write. It won't do them any good
