This foid was criticizing healthy eating because "MUh unREaLiStiC StAnDArDs anD EaTInG diSoRDers" yet this foid was a 400 lb fat shit I wished I could do a spinning back kick on like Jon Jones because it pisses me off when this foid complains about "unrealistic" beauty standards as apparently not being a landwhale is too hard for them when I see the average teen foid has this body yet meanwhile these same lards would expect us to be 6'7 NT chads and no one says a word.

Paul Saladino has a theory that the reason these people can't lose weight is because they are eating SNEED OILS which sabotage their satiety hormones.

This means when these people try to lose weight, the hypothalamus can increase hunger by boosting levels of hunger hormones like ghrelin. decrease satiety signals by reducing hormones like leptin or altering how sensitive the brain is to them and reduce energy expenditure by slowing metabolism and encouraging less spontaneous movement.

If your body perceives weight loss as a threat to survival (even if you’re above a healthy weight), it will work to regain the lost fat. This is a survival mechanism evolved to prevent starvation. If this is true, and Paul Saladino is right, then trying to lose weight for these people is impossible. The checks and balances of their hormones are a hard wall, they cannot pass it.

If you've ever smoked weed, you might be able to relate because smoking weed makes you hungrier, the endo-cannibinoid system controls fear and hunger. So when you smoke weed you cannot control how afraid and hungry you are it just controls you, we are just puppets to our emotions and instincts.
