there is a really tall young man in our neighborhood in the city who is probably 19/20 and definitely mentally handicapped. for additional context he is about 6’4, black and very strong . I am sure his caregivers are concerned about something like this happening, and the threat he would pose because of his stature.


he roams around the neighborhood a lot and has fixated on me in the past, has invaded my personal space to smile and say hello but in the past I have never felt threatened by him, just uncomfortable.


today while I was talking on the phone on the porch he ran up onto the porch and crouched down making strange noises and began to touch my toes (I was wearing sandals), I immediately shouted at him NO, get away from me, NO stop. He stood up and touched my breasts and then touched my feet again , all while I was shouting at him to get away from me. I was so terrified and fled from the porch and turned around and walked way. He followed and then eventually went the other direction.
