So, I'm a very lazy person, who at all times tries to minimize the amount of effort put into anything. Hell, I don't think I've ever actually tried at anything in my life.

Now, it's definitely over for me, I'm 25 and my flaws are too many to count. But what about your average incel. If they focused 100% of the time, from the moment they wake up, to the moment they go to sleep, try to be as efficient as possible, no distractions, no games or fun activities, just work and self-improvement, would they be able to improve their life considerably? Or is it unrealistic and they would just burn out?

you cant be very efficient as an incel because you know your life sucks and you will never enjoy it even 10% like chad does. theres nothing that will drive you enough to achieve youre maxium. its over.

Can't. My wages are shit and psychiatrists in my country are super-conservative. Plus, if i ever told the truth to a psychiatrist I'd be in a nut house in minutes.

Make a daily routine. Do the thing you dont want to do every day at a fixed time and for a fixed duration. The more often you do it the easier it becomes. The beginning is the hardest. If you can keep it up for more than a week, then you could probably do it indefinitely. This has worked for me for diets and workouts. I havent tried for other things though.

Anti depressant or nootropic? Interesting.

Habit forming. Nice.
