Im leaving nig land for a week and going to Portugal and Italy. Im scared of flying it feels unnatural. It’s a 7hr flight what are some good coping methods ?

There are screens in the plane so you can cope by watching films. I watched Doctor Strange, Monster Hunter and Transcendence last time I was in a plane.
But this is important. When you see your ticket or your flight plan, take note of the airplane company. Do NOT board a Boeing plane. Their engineers are rapidly becoming shit.
