I believe that the best deterrent for the Philippines to be demographically invaded by the Chinese is for Congress to enact a Philippine version of White Australia Policy, in other words, the Philippine government must impose a Chinese immigration moratorium for at least 60 years, and encourage mass Arab, European, Indian, Latin American, and North American immigration into the Philippines, with the ultimate goal of outnumbering Filipinos with Chinese ancestry, which I'm referring to Filipinos with at least one pure Chinese great-grandparent.
