I HAVE NOT FOLLOWED OR WATCHING ANY ONE OF THESE GUYS BUT I'M GETTING NOTIFICATIONS SAYING " XYZ HAS STARTED A THREAD"

This makes it hard to reach out to replies to my posts, and this is just a glance of what's happened there are a 100 "xyz has Started a thread" which I don't want to see
