The longest I lasted inside my house was 4 months.
10 years, except that I had to prepare some documents when I came of age. And last year I went to the yard twice in addition. Now this year I only went to the yard once.
but it's been a while, I'm between 25 years old now.
I've still been a hikikomori since I was 14/13 years old

True hikikomoris are really rare, the longest I stayed in my room was about a year without leaving
But I basically spend the whole day at home and I have vitamin D problems because of this.
