For me anyway, it appears to have done so. Looks like this is in the fine print. A pleasant surprise of a side effect tbh
 
I've heard it works well for combating MPB.

it blocks dht so yeah it does reduce se drive and also causes ED
 
Luckily for me, I have never had this issue with it.
