Yippee! I finally got this AVI working after literally a day shy from being a month. All this time I had to settle with it's shorter counterpart. Here's what I mean.
Old on left, new on right.

All this time I thought it was too long seeing how I've been getting errors every time I've tried to upload it, but now that does not seem like the case anymore. It is only 1.7 MB after all(limit being 2 MB). Finally this file can actually be used, that file being "jimmyt1.gif".

Then again I don't need them because I've reached my peak. There's no getting better than what I got now.

This is my eternal set up, if the others were my 1, 2, and 3 tomoe sharingans as well as my mangekyou than this is my Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan left eye avi right eye sig.
