There is always an incentive to exaggerate symptoms when it comes to receiving medical care. If you do not, you will often just get dismissed by doctors (e.g., told that it's in your head, even if it's literally cancer, lol).

So long as your base condition is legitimate, such as autism, then you're probably justifiably disabled, especially if you're a user of this site.
