Films about social outcasts/weirdos

I find it hard to enjoy most films nowadays because I can´t relate to anything, except when the main character is not a normie. Two films I watched semi recently that fit in this category are Cinemania (about people that watch up to 5 films a day and ldar, most of them autistic) and My Friend Dahmer (about Jeffrey Dahmer´s last year of highschool before he started killing people)

I can relate to him in the way he is depicted in the film because he tried to weirdomax to call people´s attention and make friends, not because he was a gay cannibal

I saw Dogtooth and Killing of a sacred deer recently, same director as The Lobster. All the movies remind me of Napoleon Dynamite in the type of humor dialogue and way its shot. Dogtooth is about parents keeping their adult kids sheltered in hopes of not getting influenced by the degenerate world. Killing of a sacred deer has an incel looking teen getting closer to a chad doctor

I can recommend a couple of books, at least one of them has been turned into a movie but it's a shitty movie. Death of a Salesman & Albert Camus' The Stranger, both really short and featuring social outcasts as protagonists / main characters. The former through Biff, the latter through the protagonist. They're both tragedies though, as you would expect.

I hope you enjoy it as much as i did - on 2nd thought you might find Napoleon Dynamite to be the fortnite version of all the other movies.

Melancholia is about a woman who's depressed at a wedding, and then everyone there finds out a planet is going to crash into Earth and kill all life. Really good depiction of the blackpill like all Von Trier films.

My friend Dahmer´is based on a true story, curious how much of what was shown actually happened. He started making friends in highschool by making retard sounds according to the movie lol and then they would go around the school doing retard sounds all over the place
