The more open a female can be in the nude and topless in public then a slippery slope affect "should" happen because if female breasts are not seen as sexual then underage minor females can also be topless in public. Then that means pictures of all females, regardless of age, that are topless are not considered sexual aka not pornography thus you could legit ask any girl you want to send you topless pictures for art or educational purposes.
