Pussy is the social currency, as a young man especially, and when the normies in school see a new kid they rate him based on how attractive they perceive this kid would be to females and act accordingly ranging from sucking up to him if he's a chad to being indifferent to him if he's a normie or above to outright outcasting and bullying him if he's average or below.
Think about it - nobody in school/college is going to turn around to some young Henry Cavill looking kid and laugh at him all like "ha look at Chad over there with his square jaw and hunter eyes getting all kinds of pussy, what a fucking loser" no matter what he does and even if they did foids would leap to Chad's defence.
