my therapist despite being a foid was actually a realist and she told me to firstly improve for myself and the world is mostly unfair. I never brought up my incel related problems but she was a good listener, didn't improve my life tho, its the same before and after therapy. Wouldn't recommend, waste of money unless u got a insurance covering it or smthing
