My family left to go elsewhere for family day but I stayed home. I'm kinda just sitting on the couch as everything is quiet.

probably doesn't help that I had a falling out with someone so..

I honestly enjoy the time when my parents aren't home. I can schizo talk to myself out loud, and not get cortisol spikes over when they'll heckle me to find a job.

I stopped doing it when they were here because my Mom kept asking me who I was talking to.
