I fucking hate that stupid phrase. Most of the times it's used (and you hear it mostly in work environments), its not that someone is actually pestering, or harassing her or having an inappropiate behavior. Most of the times it's just that some unattractive male said "hi how is your day going" to her, and not more. The sad thing is that this is not some hyperbole. You don't need to take blatant creep pics on her. You don't need to stare at her continously. You don't need to follow here wherever she goes constantly and nonstop talking to her. You don't need to make sexual jokes. Simply existing as an unattractive male near a woman is enough to make her "unconfortable" and for you to be awarded a ticked to Human Resources.

I really fucking hate theseplatitude phrases. Its the same as the words "creepy" or "harassment", which usually just means some ugly dude minding his business instead of someone being really a creep or harassing someone.
