Serious Feeling inferior to everyone

Is it normal for someone in our position to feel like this, for me it’s pervasive, I constantly feel inferior I don’t understand how other subhumans can function, how do you cope?

Last time I went outside was in November, I think, no point anymore. I cope with anime, movies, videogames...
