Venting Feel like my IQ has deteriorated a lot this year

I wasn't like this last year or two years ago. If I had any thing to blame for this, it's be my OCD for constantly clogging my own mind.

i dont think you should worry about it as far as you're worried about your health in general, your iq cant actually lower, but your brain health can deteriorate faster or slower. also you dont gotta act like this "intellectual" all the time, there aren't any actual intellectuals that act this way, they just need much more stimulation than most people
