I am in my mid thirties and feel like I have wasted my life. My family has dragged me down repeatedly. I hate the country I live in and wanna move.

The thought of my future wife having fucked many dudes makes me go completely insane. The thought of all those opportunities I wasted also drives me up the wall.

I cannot think of any good copes.

I'd rather not say for fear of doxxing but it is in Europe, and not in the wealthy parts. I make top 10% country and money is not a problem here. But the people are low empathy and not very smart,

I feel you. Every country touched by the Soviet Union has a slav(e) mentality.

My advice would be lots of exercise and touching grass on the regular, e.g. walks, bike rides, occasional trips outside the country. Humans are designed to walk around long distances, so being locked up in a cage is terrible for mental faculties.

For example, I went on a museum crawl in a nearby country and then afterwards did a 100km bike ride by the sea.
