Summary:
In June 2020, 22-year-old Cole Carini blew off his own hands whilst manufacturing TATP, a highly volatile primary explosive, in his bedroom and his family's shed. The Redditverse was quick to declare him an incel.
Except he was no incel. An FBI intelligence report later suggests that Carini's activities were the result of his longstanding curiosity and interest in explosives, an experiment gone awry. There was in fact no evidence in the FBI's records to conclude that Carini was anything more than a mentally ill normie, or that he was intent on committing an ideologically motivated terror attack. More damning evidence refuting the "incel attack" narrative was the fact that Carini had a girlfriend, Jamie Keen, who was keenly aware of Carini's interest in explosives. Indeed, federal prosecutors allege in their sentencing memorandum that Jamie Keen had planned on mailing methamphetamine-laced letters to her "incel" boyfriend in jail.
Under federal sentencing guidelines, Carini's recommended prison sentence is 24 to 36 months, for possessing and manufacturing an unregistered destructive device under the National Firearms Act. This is also the sentence range that Carini's attorney requested. However, federal prosecutors asked for 10 years, citing in part Carini's drug habit and a previous state-level juvenile charge also related to explosives.
Sentencing:
Today, Judge James P. Jones of the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Virginia sentenced normalfag Carini to 7 years, followed by 3 years of supervised release.
Carini's attorney objected to the imposition of a sentence above the guidelines range. FBI Special Agent Micah Childers and Dr. Jason Barrow of the Explosives Unit at the FBI Quantico Laboratory testified at the hearing.

"Incel" who wanted to "blow up hot cheerleaders" was in fact a normie with a girlfriend (FBI documents enclosed)
I've been following Cole Carini's case for a year now. He was originally scheduled to be sentenced tomorrow (June 25th), but just a few hours ago, the judge agreed to delay sentencing since one of the government's witnesses that was scheduled to testify, a forensic examiner at the FBI laboratory...
