So, in the wake of all of the age-verification laws that governments and techbros across the world are trying to ram through they are now pushing this shit at the federal level instead of just a few US states in my country.

This was never about the children but censorship and surveillance. If this goes ahead, websites such as ours and others that express opinions that could be thought of as even quasi-subversive would be gone from dwindling users as all of us would risk being doxed by coming here and other places.

Age verification laws are blatantly unconstitutional, and attempts by state legislatures to implement age verification for social media have been consistently defeated in the federal courts. I am not worried about this at all.

Non-U.S. governments may attempt to require us to implement age verification laws. In that case, Incels.is will simply refuse to comply, as they exercise no jurisdiction over Incels.is, and the U.S. courts are barred from enforcing any foreign judgment that conflicts with U.S. law.
