Serious Fear of being seen and heard

My biggest fear is to be seen and heard by people. I don't know why I have this fear but I'm trying to figure that out. I want to know why I have this fear and what I can about it. Do you have this fear too?

It used to be worse when I was a young kid. I would sperg out if anyone even looked at me. JFL.

Its because youre ugly, Im like that too, when people look at you you know its because theyre disgusted by you, if I could be at least average I wouldnt have to dela with that
