I weigh 200lbs (91kgs) today. (22-23% bf)

Goal is 185lbs (84kgs) by December last week. (14-15% bf)

Yes. All my approaches have been at my lowest bf looksmaxxed form. I have low set zygos with weak projection so I look fat even at 10%bf. Like Jeremy Ethier( he harmony mogs me).

20-25% is just too fat. I can't cardiomaxx and I feel like shit. 15%bf is ideal for me.

I think cardio is a meme for being in shape, but is crucial for heart health.

It's a bit sad to hear your approaches failed even when you were ripped, I think you're white so did you try approaching any noodle or ethnic foids??

Not really, I do long cardio sessions. I can run for 45 mins at 12km/hr. That's 700-800 calories. I can do this two times a day. That's about 1500 cals.

I'm not on roids bro. And plus I've been lifting for 2+ years now. No newbie gains for me.
What system are you using? I see a lot of people at the gym who lift light and never bother increasing weights.

And if you have access to roids there's literally no reason not to use them. Any type of test or dball if you're more comfortable with anabolics.

I disagree.
Look at me for ex: I have bad insertions so roids won't help me. Plus my face is below average. Why would I use roids then? I don't want androgenic alopecia. I'm on Fin+Minox trying me best to save my hairs.

And I have shitty deadlift and squats because genetic disadvantage of long legs short arms I will never reach 600lbs in both d/s.

Roids is just too much hassle. I'd do it if I was atleast 6/10 facially.

Well yeah agree, 12kmh is pretty high intensity anyway, and if u do 45 mins that will torch some fat for sure.

I stick to heavy weights, and I'm sure it burns incremental calories, I just don't trust any method I have found for quantifying it, so right now I am sticking to small calories deficit, weights, and high protein diet

Yeah you are bloated because high bodyfat. You might ascend at low bf.
At 178cm and no lean mass I'd guess you have to get down to 60kgs to achieve true leanness.
 
I am over 250 lbs, I need to lose weight because I developed inflamation which means I have psoriasis on skin all over body and some joint pain too. The worst is the itchy scrotum, my scrotum feels like it is constantly being rubbed with nettles.

Update: Ate lots of salted nuts yesterday and even skipped cardio :feelsree::feelsrope:

Today's weight : 199.8 lbs :dab:
 
Am doing no carb today, decided best way is just to cycle carbs, I can't lift heavy with no carbs, so will do no carb on cardio days, sub 100g carb on heavy days.

Yeah ik but it's mentally tough
It is, I was only able to start fasting after I got sick for 5 days and almost couldn't eat anything, so fasting was easy after that.
