Normals attack incels and think they're trash because of their looks. Twigcels attack fatcels and think they're trash because of their looks.

Normals don't believe incels when they say they look bad because of their genes. Twigcels don't believe fatcels when they say they look bad because of their genes.

Being fat is a choice. Your weight can be altered.

Height is something completely out of your control and looks can be changed too but for a lot of $$$.

Some people can't get thin. I eat like a normal person and maintain an obese BMI. If I try a diet, it either doesn't work or my body goes into starvation mode until I resume eating normally. Your genes, that give you a high metabolism, are better than mine. That's all there is to it.
 
If your only defect is to be fat, you are pretty much a volcel, if you lose weight and your face and frame are still hideous than you was truecel all the time.

Of course if you have a disease that don't let you lose weight than this other question tbh

I have the shittiest metabolism out there. When I said I was dieting, I meant starving. I eat ~900 calories a day since the middle of August. I've gotten used to it. If you can ignore the pain you can do it too.
 
You people are ignorant if you think there don't exist people who are just genetically fat. Yes, it's a small minority. But on the other hand, people with incel tier looks are also a small minority. Even if it's true that 90% of people can avoid being obese with a good idea that does exist a small number of people, something like say 1-5% that are just legit really unlucky.

I am around 30% myself. Unless your goal is weightlifting, you might as well forget about the gym. If diets don't work, exercise won't either and you'll just end up gaining more weight in muscle and just being "that guy" in the gym that gets mocked on social media.

Retardation at its finest. Don't lift weights. Fat people for some reason thinking lifting is going to get them in shape but its not. You have to do cardio. I suggest biking or using the bike machine since its the easiest on the knees. Also biking could be a lot of fun if you find good courses. After losing weight through those methods just lift weights to tone out your muscles not grow more. Do more reps instead of weight and you should be fine.

Its a big cope to blame muh "bad metabolism genetics". I get some people are naturally a bit stockier than others but there is no gene that makes you flabby fat. Thats just bad dieting and lack of exercise.
