Fat people do no harm to society, in fact we have better personalities, we’re funnier and gentler but we’re hated simply because of our unsightly bodies and chubby faces: if you hate fat people, you are simply a cuck promoting Lookism.

Fatshaming is more acceptable, you’re seen as a health advocate if you make fun someone’s weight and people will completely blame the victim, that’s unique to fatshaming

i gave up on life in 2021 and probably going to again soon so i gained so much weight cuz i had nothing else to do.

You're both wrong and right. Fat people are a huge net negative on state coffers. They burden society with financial costs and that is true in america, where healthcare is far less socialised than in most european nations.

The real point you are not even mentioning is that weight is mostly down to genetics. In adoption studies, the kids' weight shows a strong correlation with the weight of their genetic siblings and parents, but next to no correlation with the their adopted siblings, which they grew up around, with whom they shared house and who were served the same fking food as them. That really is the strongest argument. Weight is not as flexible as normies think because behavior is down to genetics and "willpower", as the term is used in everyday arguments, has about as much explanatory power as saying "by the grace of god".

I used to have a good metabolism but my mother fed me plate fulls stacked to the max and she acted like it was a bad thing that i was skinny.
 
Also you get called ”snob” or “think your better than everyone” when you’re the only skinny dude in your fat family

also not counting in i was weak and gained some weight so my brother couldnt knock on me or call me weak

Sure, there's always someone worse. If I was dictator anyone caught with any amount of drugs including alcohol and cigarettes would get a bullet to the head, no questions asked (Similar to some countries now, which have very low drug problems). Dealers would be extensively tortured on live television. They would be begging for death.

Neuro-chemistry, intelligence maxing, and problem solving would be much more heavily taught in schools. We live in a shit hole distopian society full of dystopian people mindlessly flopping around in this shitty system.

Great, because when I was 8-9-10 I was above 90 weight percentile with 50 height percentile. But I know that I eat too much (especially after beginning college) tbh as fatcel, but being fat isn't my main cause.

I've been gymceling for more than a year. I barely managed to get to 64kg with gymceling and supplements but got diarrhoea and lost 7 kg since then. I currently weigh 56-57kg only and am 5'10

Despite all that, my face has lots of fat and it makes me look goofy as hell

Those choices, where do they come from? When exactly does "not equal in difficulty" become "impossible to sustain long term"?. AFAIK there has yet to be a single diet that is shown to reduce body weight in the long term in a preregitered double blinded RCT.

Everytime someone discusses the topic the same garbage gets repeated. It's the parents fault (yep, for giving you bad genes). Just try this specific trick man, that worked for me. Just stop stuffing your face with food man, I could do it, calories in, calories out my man.

People unsuprisingly have a learning disablity when they finally encounter a domain in which they can experience what the rush of unearned superiority feels like.

jfl thats skinny as fuck .are you narrow framed ,,wristlet etc? i weigh the same as you at 5'8.5 but im very small boned
 
modify diet to less carbs and more protein but keep the calories the same, do a lot more cardio and keep doing resistance training. You will lower BF% but retain the same weight. Regular skinny > skinny fat
I've tried everything man. I used to eat chicken two times a day 5 days a week.

I was 49kg when I started gym. I did cardio but I was losing weight instead of gaining. So trainer asked me to focus on bulking and strength training.

Even when I was 64kg people told me I looked skinny because I have thin bone structure

All corporations evolve to maximize profits within their niche. Processed foods evolve their ingredient list to maximize consumption (profits). So avoiding processed foods is a good start. Processed foods are addictive so it's not easy but it is possible.

Anything that improves sleep quality is going to improve weight loss. Low quality sleep increases grehlin, which increases hunger. So plenty of sun exposure, daily exercise, consistently timed meals, daily meditation (reducing cortisol), avoiding blue light including unfiltered screens in the evening, all improve sleep quality, which contributes to lower hunger. White noise to mask noise pollution. I could go on and on, about this one point with habits and ways of doing things that will help, but there are entire books written on the subject that cover it in more detail.

That's what it's about, it's about sustaining healthy habits. Building one habit at a time, starting easy and gradually building to the full habit. If you try to change everything at once you are much more likely to fail. The brain doesn't work like that.

Negativity, increases stress, which increases grehlin, so in addition to having a daily stress lowering activity such as meditation and yoga, a daily practice of gratitude, and mindfulness avoiding getting in negative thought loops can also help. Avoiding negative information sources too. Too measure stress reduction of a particular activity, most phones can measure this by heart rate variability. You can also self reflect, but things like video games and tv shows typically don't have nearly the same effect compared to deep meditation by some one skilled in meditation (from lots and lots of daily practice).

I could go on and on but I have to go. While we are limited by our genetics there are many, many habits that if developed will maximize our potential, and many many habits that over time will destroy our potential that should be avoided. It's about replacing sub-optimal habits with more optimal ones, including moment to moment use our brain, limbic system, breathing, posture, etc. And so on.

Drop a ball off a roof and it falls to the ground. You don't need a double blind placebo controlled study to know that, you only need an understanding of the system. Every incel should understand the physics of biology as well as other systems because everything is connected, if they want to maximize their potential.

And it really depends on ones physical activities. when I was skinny I ate about 3000 kcal but I ran to school and back home, so I was about to maintain

you can't beat physics; unless you have some parasites in your guts then some of the calories along with niritents can be lost

You do not "understand the physics" of where decisions or habits come from, what willpower is or why some people struggle with things their entire life which others do effortlessly. You assume everyone can do everything just because it's physcially possible. But decision making isn't free, free will can't even exist in an universe running on deterministic physics with some true randomness at the smallest level, the decisions people make and can make are largely predetermined by their genetics.
You can't see the limitations that differences on the neurological and biochemical level put on human behavior and therefore assume there aren't any. You are about 20 years behind the science and seem happy to stay at that point.
