Fat incels are volcel in the sense that if they became fit, they could easily get a gf/improve their chances of getting a gf. They are basically stopping themselves from being in a relationship. losing weight is easy. Everytime you are too tired to workout, just say to yourself if you miss this workout dont be upset the next time you step on the scale or look in the mirror. you can always nap after your workout

you made the conscious decision to not workout the other day.

im 5'6 and if i got to a healthy ideal weight of 145lbs that would be gameover for me as i at least have some fat and muscle for now

Not at all, i was slim and didnt get any attention so after HS i started getting fatter and fatter until now that i'm a ball of soda. if i werent balding i would've done something to stop it but after it became worse and worse i actually lost the motivation i didnt have, i will work out eventually just for the health benefits and to get more respect, not cuz i wanna get a gf
