She can't find time to exercise but can find time to stuff her face. If she was genuinely "busy" all day the weight would fall off. Her "demanding" healthcare job must be sitting on her fat arse all day, or she massively overeats. She was also the one who chose to have the baby, and chose these life conditions and responsibilities, nobody forced them on her. This is what so many women do after they've trapped a man in marriage. A man's income increases and a woman's BMI increases, after marriage. The woman benefits from both, the man benefits from neither.
