If you're anything above 5ft9, face AND frame is more important.
If you're below 5ft9 you'll need to make up for your lack of height with an incrementally better face.
EG:
At 5ft9 you could get away with being a 5 at WORST
At 5ft8 you could get away with being a 6 at worst
At 5ft7 you'd need to be a 7 at worst
At 5ft6 You'd need to be an 8 at worst
At 5ft5 it's under unless you're white and go to an SEA country.

Face is more important than height
If you are of average height, your looks count much
Being slightly over average in height but in terms of looks below average, is completly useless
So yeah i would give up on my height for a better face

I once was by a doc, i think it was the examination for the mandatory army service we have to do, and im more of a skinny guy, and i was in there, and there was a female doc and something like a nurse, also female, and she said something about me being skinny, and then the doc said, well he is one of those tall and skinny guys, and then she added, well he isnt that tall either or something
And im 184 centimeters
When i walk outside, i rarely encounter someone, who is taller than me, most guys, are shorter than me
And that doc tells my im not tall
Fucking kek, why even try
You are tall when you are like 190+cm
So im tiny anyways, id rather be a good looking manlet, than an ugly slightly less manlet
