Earleyer today I drove over to arbys and bought like a fuck load of food just to feast on. 1 hour later the cola that the food came with gave me enough energy to exercise like fucking crazy. 20 minutes in it and I feel fucking sick and tired. My stomach feels like a fucking volcano. Morral of the story, if your gonna exercise, dont do it right just after eating a fuck load of fast food. Other wise you will feel like shit. You will feel worse then a Stacy when she becomes a single mom with no child support coming her way.
