Exercise is a great cope, I used to train for hours last year and in 2022 but I quit because I wanted a good s/b/d but couldn’t squat and deadlift well because of my SHIT hip genetics.
But I am thinking to get back into it with a home gym, then it’s very convenient & since I will start as a weakling AGAIN, I don’t need to worry about constant mogs at home.
