all the evil heroes have shit morale and shit command and 2 of the main commanders don't even have any range. the witch king especially sucks ass. gonna erase my save and choose saruman. leveling up the already shit heroes is impossible when all the missions replace your heroes with the generic heroes. jfl at this bias. evil is the most oppressed force in the lotr universe. jfl at that scene at the end of the return of the kind when the ground collapses only collapsing under the orcs and stopping at the rohirrim.
