When i see a guy like goggins being seen as a legend and all the praise and clout he receives from society as a whole, instead of him being seen as a deeply troubled individual with deep mental scars, i get a
feeling of dread and sorrow to the deepest ends of my bones...

Think about it. If THATS the level of SHIT you have to go through to be seen as anything worhty of true admiration and praise, there's something at least very fishy going on here.

If we lived in the 50s and later, if ppl catched a guy doing what goggins, jocko willink or even connor murphy (bfre he went bazooks i mean) they would be seen as freaks and even HOSPITALIZED for doing the shit they do (and be seen as HEROES TO THE AVG NORMIE NOWADAYS).

A mediocre man in the 50s had a much better life than a hard working man in the 2020s. He had a pure virgin wife, the courts in his favour, a large family, a nice income from basic work, no college debt, a home he payed off in 5 years.
