I'm studying IT and this field is becoming saturated with all sorts of people. Pay will go down. This was probably the true intention of all those code houses that taught people to code. Coding is rather easy, soon coding will be a useless skill because everyone knows how to do it.

I don't think it's easy, it's just that higher levels of abstraction make harder, lower level coding, like C, less needed. So some company only needs some javascript programmer to handle their site and internal network web app.
